For Abode, I worked closely with General Store founders and husband and wife team Mason St. Peter and Serena Mitnik-Miller to explore the warm minimalist aesthetic they have perfected and democratized. The book offers a formula for translating this style in your own home, making a case for living better with less.
IKEBANA UNBOUND (ARTISAN)
Honoring the lineage of ikebana while making the tradition their own, Amanda Luu and Ivanka Matsuba of Studio Mondine tell modern, undeniably fresh stories with flowers. For their first book, I collaborated with the pair to help to articulate their process to readers, and introduce the themes and stylistic signatures of this zeitgeist-surfing ancient art.
